Basemarks is pre-opening. We are not taking bookings and not collecting customer health information. These documents are published in draft so the structure exists and can be reviewed. None is in effect until it carries an effective date, and each will be reviewed by counsel before it does.

The short version
Long documents exist because they have to. Here is the substance of them in four sentences:
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- This website runs no advertising trackers, no analytics tags and no session recorders.
- Your scan report belongs to you, and you leave with a copy.
- We measure body composition and bone density for wellness purposes; we do not diagnose, and we are not a substitute for your physician.
If anything in the full documents contradicts that summary, the full documents govern — but tell us, because it would mean we wrote something wrong.
